Philip Brown was
appointed President and CEO of Phoenix Mecano, Inc. in
October 2005. Phoenix Mecano Inc.
is located in Frederick, Maryland and serves as
headquarters for North American operations. At the June
1, 2007 meeting of the Board of Directors of Phoenix Mecano
AG, Mr. Brown was also appointed Executive Vice
President (Director) of Phoenix Mecano AG, effective
July 1, 2007 in recognition of his achievements to the
company. |
